Got this recently from Amazon and there was a sticker on the outside of the shrink wrap indicating "includes download card with 4 bonus tracks", but there is no download card inside that I can find. I don't see any mention of this in the current listings. Did anyone get a download card with this? My copy is a gatefold cardboard sleeve CD, while the pictures of the US CD listed appear to indicate artwork from a jewel case version.

The album is amazing, great musicianship! Pressing is very good but the mastering is unfortunately not. Digital version is a bit better but the the LP is a bit compressed on the low end and very flat across the top. Micro and macro dynamics are not there as they should be. This album needs a proper (re) mastering!

Fantastic album! Songwriting and performance is on point. However, its worth noting that the production on this is lacking. Sounds very muffled and plays at a fairly low volume. This is consistent across all mediums (vinyl, cd, digital).
